As an Environmental Sustainability Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing processes are eco-friendly, efficient, and compliant with international standards. We are dedicated to creating sustainable footwear solutions that do not compromise on quality.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our production and management teams to identify areas for improvement in waste management, energy consumption, and resource utilization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive environmental sustainability strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze environmental impact data to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to reduce waste, minimize water usage, and lower energy consumption.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to verify adherence to sustainability protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to update stakeholders on sustainability progress and KPIs.
- Train staff and management on best practices for environmental conservation and waste reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sustainability roles, preferably within the manufacturing or footwear industry.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management systems, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret environmental data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sustainability reporting software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solver with a genuine passion for environmental protection.
