Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize End-of-Line (EOL) manufacturing processes to ensure maximum productivity and yield.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Maintenance, to minimize downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on Cycle Time reduction and Cost of Quality (CoQ) improvement.
- Monitor and analyze real-time process data to identify trends and improve equipment performance.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards within the production facility.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to technicians and junior staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related high-tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of EOL processes, including testing, marking, and packing technologies.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and DOE methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based production environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
