CITEC is currently seeking a high-caliber EPC Marketing Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives and client acquisition strategies within the industrial construction sector. As a pivotal leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying strategic opportunities, managing complex tender processes, and cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) landscape.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indonesian industrial market, a proven track record in securing large-scale projects, and the technical acumen to align our capabilities with client needs. You will be tasked with transforming our market presence and ensuring CITEC remains the preferred partner for critical infrastructure and industrial projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to increase market share in the EPC sector.
- Lead the end-to-end tender process, from identifying project leads and pre-qualification to proposal submission and final negotiation.
- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with government agencies, private developers, and industrial partners.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and high-value project opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to prepare accurate, competitive, and persuasive bid packages.
- Represent CITEC at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on pipeline growth and business development ROI to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales specifically within the EPC or heavy construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of tender management, government procurement regulations, and project financing in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical proposals to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Strong existing professional network within the industrial and construction sectors in Indonesia.
