Simplifynext is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Epic Integration Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the complex data exchange between our healthcare platforms and external systems. You will troubleshoot integration issues across both sandbox and production environments, ensuring seamless communication through our interface engines. As an Epic Integration Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our health information exchange, working closely with clinical and technical stakeholders to ensure data integrity and system reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Troubleshoot, configure, and debug integration issues across Epic sandbox and production environments to ensure seamless data flow.
- Manage and maintain Bridges, Interconnects, and interface engines to support various healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design robust integration solutions.
- Document interface specifications, data mapping logic, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
- Monitor interface logs and alerts to proactively identify and resolve potential system failures.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of transferred information.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring integration components are updated accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, specifically with Epic Systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards.
- Experience with Epic Bridges, Interconnect, and Interface Engine (e.g., Mirth, Rhapsody) is highly preferred.
- Epic Certified Professional (ECP) certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
