Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of semiconductor and robotics equipment according to blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks and calibration tests to ensure equipment meets operational standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with cleanroom and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest process improvements.
- Document assembly progress and quality assurance data accurately in company systems.
- Operate various precision tools and machinery required for the assembly process.
- Participate in regular technical training to master new automation technologies and systems.
- Assist in the final testing phase of machinery prior to dispatch to global clients.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering fields.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (semiconductor or electronics industry preferred).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
- Excellent manual dexterity and keen attention to detail for delicate assembly tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical issues clearly.
- Willingness to work in a high-precision, cleanroom environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety (WSH) practices and protocol.
