Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency in CAD software and diagnostic tools
- Certification in industrial maintenance (e.g., CMRP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and OHS standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
