Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily production operations, ensuring alignment with operational goals and safety protocols.
- Perform regular inspections, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify bottlenecks and recommend engineering solutions for process optimization.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot breakdowns and implement corrective actions efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to Malaysian safety regulations and company quality standards in all engineering activities.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance logs for management review and compliance tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in equipment engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of metal manufacturing processes, including CNC machinery, conveyor systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
