Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates at optimal levels
- Diagnose and perform corrective maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime
- Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair history
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Train operators on proper equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and control systems
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in equipment maintenance or related field is a plus
