Menicon Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Equipment Engineer to join our dynamic team at the Kulim Hi-Tech Park. Tanggung Jawab
- Equipment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of equipment including installation, commissioning, and long-term sustainment.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Implement robust maintenance schedules and execute complex troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in Kaizen events and process optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment operations strictly adhere to safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO standards.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to production teams and collaborate with vendors for machinery upgrades and repairs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate equipment logs, maintenance records, and spare part inventory reports.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equipment engineering or manufacturing maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated manufacturing systems.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple engineering tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.
