As an Equipment Engineer, you will lead the charge in preventative maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and process optimization. You will work alongside a collaborative team of engineers and technicians to minimize downtime, enhance machine reliability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install, commission, and calibrate new production machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for machine reliability improvements.
- Train and mentor production technicians on proper machine operation, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Support process engineering teams in identifying opportunities for cycle time reduction and scrap rate improvement.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability of critical components.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and environmental regulations within the manufacturing floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (semiconductor or battery manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, industrial sensors, actuators, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair in an automated assembly line setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift pattern as required by operational demands.
