- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Implement equipment upgrades and process improvements to enhance production efficiency
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Train operators on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment installation and modifications
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in electronics manufacturing equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor production processes and equipment
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Certification in equipment maintenance (e.g., CMRP) is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
