Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of production equipment, including SMT, AOI, and test systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment settings and processes for enhanced efficiency and product quality.
- Install, qualify, and commission new manufacturing equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing production lines.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repair history, and performance data.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) in all maintenance and engineering activities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and production operators on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Equipment Engineer or Maintenance Engineer within an electronics manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex production equipment, including SMT machines (e.g., pick-and-place, reflow ovens), AOI, and functional testers.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical documentation and collaboration.
