Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of diamond turning equipment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for diamond turning machinery
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and maximize output
- Document maintenance activities, repair procedures, and equipment performance metrics
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance best practices
- Stay current with industry advancements in diamond turning technology and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in precision manufacturing or optical components
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Experience with diamond turning equipment or similar precision machining tools is highly desirable
- Proficient in diagnostic tools, test equipment, and maintenance software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to document procedures and train others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
