Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and calibrate industrial equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults using diagnostic tools
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Train clients on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance logs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure parts availability and service efficiency
- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in field service engineering
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean record
- Experience with industrial equipment maintenance documentation
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Certification in relevant technical disciplines (e.g., HVAC, industrial automation) preferred
