Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including the loading, transportation, and unloading of event equipment.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive inventory of event gear, ensuring all items are tracked, inspected, and stored correctly.
- Coordinate with production and venue teams to ensure timely site setup and dismantle according to event floor plans.
- Supervise on-site crew members to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to event schedules.
- Maintain high safety standards, ensuring all technical setups meet industry regulations and client requirements.
- Monitor and resolve any logistics or equipment issues that may arise during live event operations.
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling and resource deployment for various event sites across Bali.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Event Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of event production cycles and technical equipment management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a manual labor crew.
- Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays as per event requirements.
- Physical capability to handle site walk-throughs and oversee manual labor tasks.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and inventory management.
- Valid driver’s license and knowledge of the Badung/Bali region logistics.
