- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related issues promptly
- Recommend equipment upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and reliability
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations
- Train junior technicians on proper equipment maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Certification in equipment maintenance or related field is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
