We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Calabarzon & Mimaropa. In this critical role, you will ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently according to industry standards and company protocols. You will be responsible for implementing preventive maintenance programs, diagnosing complex technical issues, and executing repairs to minimize operational downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Execute repairs and component replacements while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain comprehensive service records and maintenance logs for audit compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime
- Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
- Certification in preventive maintenance or industrial maintenance (e.g., CMRP, CMMT)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers)
- Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance tracking
- Ability to read technical manuals and engineering schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
