Tanggung Jawab
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure high machine reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Perform rapid-response troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system failures on the production floor.
- Conduct regular equipment calibrations and performance testing to meet stringent quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, including repair logs, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of critical spare parts, initiating reorders to ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to identify equipment bottlenecks and propose technical improvements for better throughput.
- Uphold strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and internal safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of practical experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with PLC systems, sensors, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic components is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose root causes of technical malfunctions effectively.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment and perform overtime as required by production demands.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to interface effectively with various departments.
