Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools
- Execute improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation in CMMS systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment modifications and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISO standards during maintenance activities
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) preferred
- Certification in Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Lean Manufacturing advantageous
- Valid electrical/mechanical safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH)
