Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to resolve malfunctions
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules according to manufacturer specifications
- Manage spare parts inventory, including ordering, tracking, and optimizing stock levels
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in digital systems
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related issues and support operational goals
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance within manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and CMMS systems
- Valid electrical/mechanical certification (e.g., BOSIET, OSHA certified)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
