Renesas Electronics is a global leader in semiconductor solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician (Diffusion) to support our wafer fabrication facility in Bay, Laguna. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational integrity of our critical diffusion equipment, maintaining high yield standards, and minimizing production downtime.
You will perform routine preventive maintenance, diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults, and execute precise repairs. Collaborating closely with process engineers, you will implement corrective actions to optimize equipment performance and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diffusion furnaces and semiconductor processing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures to restore equipment functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections, calibrations, and performance verification to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, defect reports, and repair history in the CMMS system accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, GMP standards, and environmental regulations within the cleanroom.
- Assist in the training of junior technicians and share technical knowledge regarding equipment operation.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Vocational Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Technology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or related manufacturing roles.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and vacuum technology.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by production schedules.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and maintain strict hygiene standards.
