Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machining centers and precision equipment
- Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and calibration of mechanical and electrical components
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules
- Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance in CMMS systems
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OHS standards
- Order maintenance supplies and coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience maintaining CNC machines or precision manufacturing equipment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance methodologies
- Certification in industrial maintenance (e.g., CMRT) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
