- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures
- Execute calibration and verification procedures for precision instruments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Adhere to strict cleanroom protocols and safety standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography, etching, deposition)
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Cleanroom certification and safety protocol adherence
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
