We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Manager to lead our maintenance operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for the oversight and strategic management of our injection molding machinery and related production equipment. You will lead a dedicated team of technicians to ensure that all equipment operates at peak efficiency, minimizing downtime and maximizing output quality. As the Equipment Manager, you will act as a critical link between the engineering team and production management. You will be tasked with developing comprehensive maintenance strategies, managing budgets for spare parts and tools, and ensuring that all safety and compliance standards are strictly followed. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all injection molding machinery.
- Analyze equipment failure data and trends to implement long-term reliability solutions and reduce downtime.
- Manage the departmental budget, including the procurement of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot complex machine issues and optimize production processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on the shop floor.
- Oversee the calibration and testing of production equipment to guarantee product quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Equipment Manager or Maintenance Supervisory role within the plastics or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, PLC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is preferred.
