Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily allocation and movement of construction equipment across various project sites in Cebu.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all company vehicles and heavy machinery.
- Oversee the procurement process for new equipment and necessary spare parts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and documentation for fuel consumption, repair history, and equipment utilization rates.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.
- Monitor the performance of equipment operators and provide necessary guidance on safe handling and efficient operation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or equipment maintenance, preferably in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery operations, mechanical components, and maintenance standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with site managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Willingness to conduct regular site visits within Lapu-Lapu City and surrounding areas.
