Tanggung Jawab
- Operate ground support equipment (GSE) and transport machinery safely and efficiently within the NAIA Complex.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Load and unload cargo from vehicles and aircraft in accordance with safety and security protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and improve workflow efficiency.
- Follow all airport and company safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely movement of goods and operational targets are met.
- Document daily activities and complete operational logs as required by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in equipment operation.
- Valid professional driver’s license (with appropriate restriction codes for the equipment to be operated).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an equipment operator in a logistics, aviation, or warehousing environment.
- Proven ability to operate specialized heavy machinery with high precision.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and hazard identification.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by the airport's 24/7 nature.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting and operating equipment for extended periods.
