Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to company protocols.
- Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of goods and materials within the warehouse or transit facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure workplace safety and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and internal company policies.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors regarding maintenance needs or mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of operating hours and material movement logs.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Valid professional driver's license with appropriate restrictions (e.g., NC II certification for heavy equipment).
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or in a similar industrial/logistics role.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazard identification.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
- Strong team player with the ability to work shifting schedules.
