As an Equipment Operator, you will operate a range of machinery such as tugs, belt loaders, and cargo transporters to facilitate efficient aircraft turnaround. You will work within a dynamic team dedicated to upholding high safety standards and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate ground support equipment including tugs, belt loaders, and cargo transporters
- Ensure timely and secure loading/unloading of cargo, mail, and baggage
- Perform pre- and post-operational inspections to maintain equipment in safe working order
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workplace health regulations
- Assist with aircraft pushback and towing operations as required
- Coordinate with warehouse and ramp teams for efficient logistics flow
- Report mechanical issues and assist in routine equipment maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3/4 driving license (Class 4 preferred)
- Prior experience operating heavy or ground support equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items when required
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent
- Strong sense of safety and responsibility
- Team player with good communication skills
