Monde Nissin, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Equipment Owner to join our high-performing production team in Davao City. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary custodian of our machinery, ensuring that every piece of equipment operates at peak efficiency to support our commitment to quality and safety.
As an Equipment Owner, you will bridge the gap between technical maintenance and production targets. You will not only operate machinery but also spearhead preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime. We are looking for an analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical acumen to optimize manufacturing performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation, monitoring, and performance tracking of assigned production equipment and auxiliary systems.
- Execute rigorous preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure high equipment availability and reliability.
- Lead root-cause analysis for machine malfunctions and implement permanent technical solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to optimize equipment settings and increase overall line output.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of machine performance, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory usage.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Train machine operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety best practices.
- Support engineering projects related to equipment upgrades, installation, and commissioning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical vocational diploma with extensive experience).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or operations within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with industrial automation, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong commitment to safety standards, quality compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends when necessary.
