Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of equipment and automation projects from conceptualization to final deployment.
- Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure seamless production integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and budgets for new product launches.
- Develop and optimize automated processes to enhance throughput, yield, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors and internal maintenance teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement robust corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure all engineering designs and project executions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or equipment engineering, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming, HMI integration, and industrial robotics.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and automated assembly principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and manage vendor relations.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and data analysis tools.
