Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the hydraulic equipment sector
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Present and demonstrate hydraulic equipment products to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to client needs and requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive products
- Collaborate with technical team to provide comprehensive product knowledge to clients
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equipment sales, preferably in hydraulic systems
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic equipment and industrial machinery
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
