Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the heavy equipment market
  • Promote and sell Komatsu, Bomag & LS machinery to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment or machinery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to clients
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Knowledge of the construction, mining, or industrial equipment industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
