Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and heavy industry sectors in the Sarawak region.
- Actively promote and sell Komatsu, Bomag, and LS heavy equipment to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to ensure clients select the right machinery for their specific project requirements.
- Prepare professional sales quotations, tenders, and contracts while ensuring adherence to company pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and procurement managers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in technical sales or heavy equipment sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; knowledge of local dialects is a distinct advantage.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for frequent site visits.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
