Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the heavy equipment sector
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Present and sell Komatsu, Bomag & LS equipment solutions to meet client needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and specifications
- Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in equipment sales or B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
