Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of coffee machines and F&B Restoware equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Conduct installation and commissioning of new equipment at client locations
- Provide technical support and training to clients on proper equipment operation
- Maintain detailed service records and submit regular reports on equipment performance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests
- Stay updated on the latest equipment technologies and service techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably with coffee machines
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
