Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and adjust molding machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and scheduled overhauls on all assigned equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, including PLC-related malfunctions.
- Perform timely and effective repairs to minimize production downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment or production lines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality standards in all maintenance and operational tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial machinery, preferably molding machines.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming, diagnostics, and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault diagnosis and repair.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
