- Monitor equipment condition and performance to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Coordinate and oversee equipment repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime
- Manage and train equipment operators to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation
- Maintain accurate equipment records, including maintenance history, performance metrics, and inventory
- Coordinate with procurement for equipment acquisition and parts replacement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on equipment status, maintenance costs, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equipment supervision or management
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment types and maintenance requirements
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment management systems
- Leadership experience with team management and training responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Certification in equipment maintenance or related field is a plus
