We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Supervisor to oversee the operations of our production lines in Danao City, Cebu. You will be responsible for the supervision and maintenance of critical machinery, ensuring that equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of production equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults to resolve production stoppages quickly.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with production planners to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and equipment maintenance.
- Proven experience as an Equipment Supervisor, Maintenance Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC systems, automation, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
