Cosmx Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Equipment Supervisor to join our expanding engineering team in Karangan, Kedah. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining high-performance standards for our production equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving technical improvements on the factory floor.
As an Equipment Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians, overseeing the installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex automated machinery. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unscheduled production downtime.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, electrical, and control system failures on production lines.
- Ensure all equipment operations comply with company safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Oversee equipment installation and commissioning projects to meet production targets.
- Analyze equipment efficiency data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, automation systems, and industrial machinery maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a technical team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, diagrams, and operational manuals.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required by production demands.
