- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of production and commissary equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic malfunctions

- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in mechanical/electrical technology
- Minimum 2 years of equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing/food industry
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, industrial machinery) preferred
