Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment failures, collaborating with engineering teams to implement effective solutions.
- Conduct equipment calibration, qualification, and validation according to established SOPs and quality standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and technical logs, using internal systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to ensure continuous production flow and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the installation, startup, and qualification of new capital equipment and process tools.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations while working in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, cleanroom environments, and process control systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by production schedules.
