Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment faults to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules in strict compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
- Document all maintenance activities, including technical logs, and analyze performance data.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor equipment performance and report anomalies to the maintenance supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Equipment Technician or similar technical role within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment mechanics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
