Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on laser manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures effectively.
- Calibrate precision instruments and equipment to ensure adherence to strict production specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to install, test, and commission new equipment upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation in compliance with ISO and company safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to equipment alarms and performance issues on the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, ideally within a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols (LOTO, PPE) and cleanroom operations is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay; ability to adapt to rotating shifts if required.
