Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures using diagnostic tools and technical documentation
- Execute calibration and verification procedures to maintain manufacturing precision standards
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during equipment repairs and adjustments
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and performance records for equipment optimization
- Assist in equipment installation, modification, and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and technical support
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and pneumatic components
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and calibration equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis
- Certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., PLC, HVAC, or industrial automation) is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety consciousness
