Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment failures.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance data.
- Ensure all equipment operations comply with company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to meet rigorous quality control specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to machine operators regarding proper equipment handling.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an equipment maintenance or industrial technician role.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with PLC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by production schedules.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
