- Perform functional testing and validation of electronic equipment to ensure quality and performance standards
- Debug and troubleshoot complex hardware issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Execute precise rework and repair of faulty components, circuit boards, and assemblies
- Document all testing procedures, repair activities, and technical observations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment reliability improvements
- Maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for diagnostic tools and equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, ESD standards, and quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Equipment Technician or similar role in electronics manufacturing
- Proficiency in functional testing, debugging methodologies, and rework techniques
- Strong knowledge of schematic reading and electronic component functionality
- Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and solve problems under minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
