As an Equipment Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our manufacturing lines. You will be responsible for routine preventive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and recovery of complex semiconductor equipment. Working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, you will be the first line of defense against equipment downtime, directly impacting productivity and yield.
You will collaborate closely with a team of skilled engineers and technicians to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on semiconductor and manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment faults to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Execute corrective maintenance and repair activities efficiently.
- Support equipment installation, setup, and commissioning projects.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance logs and spare parts usage.
- Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement (TPM, Lean).
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing setting.
- Strong hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of automated equipment.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Keen understanding of safety and cleanroom discipline.
- Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).
- Excellent team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
