Depending on your experience level, we have openings ranging from Equipment Technician to Associate Engineer (AE).

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced machinery that validates the electrical integrity of our semiconductor wafers. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance on E-test equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex hardware issues related to wafer probers (e.g., TEL, Accretech) and electrical testers (e.g., Keysight, Agilent, Teradyne).
- Monitor equipment performance metrics such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
- Provide technical support to the engineering team during new equipment installation, qualification, and process optimization.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of critical spare parts and consumables to minimize production downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, technical issues, and solutions in the equipment tracking system.
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of equipment-related yield excursions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment (Fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
- Strong knowledge of wafer probing systems and electrical testing instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and pneumatic schematics.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow a shift rotation schedule if required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly disciplined with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
