Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex semiconductor fabrication equipment (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, metrology tools).
- Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities to ensure high equipment availability and performance.
- Calibrate and qualify equipment according to specifications, maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with process engineers and researchers to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize equipment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reliability and uptime.
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and quality management systems.
- Document maintenance procedures, equipment modifications, and generate technical reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience (3+ years for Technician, 5+ years for Technologist) in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting within a semiconductor FAB environment.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., PVD, CVD, Etch, Lithography, CMP, Implanter, Metrology).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
