Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of semiconductor fabrication equipment
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with vendor engineers to resolve complex technical issues and optimize equipment functionality
- Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and performance reports using CMMS systems
- Adhere to strict cleanroom protocols and safety standards during equipment operations
- Support equipment installation, qualification, and process validation activities
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or FAB operations
- Strong diagnostic skills with proficiency in reading technical schematics and manuals
- Familiarity with semiconductor processes (lithography, etching, deposition, etc.)
- Experience working in ISO-classified cleanroom environments
- Certification in equipment maintenance (e.g., SEMI standards) is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
